Steps to set up ShipMatrix for your business

1. Sign Up and Choose Your Package

After signing up, log in to access the "Registered Users" page.

2. Create Your First Model

Navigate to "Saved Models" and click "Edit" to add your first model.

3. Complete the Questionnaire

Answer all 18 questions, paying close attention to the images under each question. These images may change, so sometimes you’ll need to choose columns from outside or inside the data table.

4. Review and Customize Your Preferences

After answering all the questions, a workbook will be generated. Open the workbook and follow the instructions to specify how you want to ship your shipments and the number of stickers required. Fill in the required columns with your shipping preferences.

5. Export Your Shipments

Once you've completed your preferences, you’re ready to export your daily shipments as either an Excel or CSV file.

6. Create Waybills

Under "Saved Models," you’ll see the option to "Create Waybills." Click on it.

7. Upload Your Files

Drag and drop both the completed workbook and your daily shipments file into the designated upload area.

8. Generate and Upload Your Waybills

A ready-to-upload file will be generated. Review it, and once confirmed, upload it to your carrier. This will ensure your waybills are created exactly as you specified.
